XSOIL Aims to Build a Real-World Asset-Based NFT Ecosystem With XSL
XSOIL plans to build an NFT ecosystem based on real-world assets through its XSL token. Maximum supply is 810 million XSL, the presale has five stages, and an NFT alone does not confer title rights.

The real estate sector is going digital, but seeing only the photos and price of a plot of land is not enough to understand the whole story of the asset. Location and zoning data, legal documents, valuation processes and project progress are often scattered across different channels. XSOIL aims to bring these pieces together in a single blockchain-backed digital infrastructure and to build an NFT ecosystem based on real-world assets through its XSL token.
At the center of the ecosystem, XSL is planned as a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. Its maximum supply is set at 810 million XSL, of which 310 million are allocated to a presale program consisting of five stages. The starting price is $0.00100, and the price level planned for the final stage is $0.00175. Instead of jumping in a single step when a stage ends, the price will rise in small increments depending on the amount of tokens actually sold.
Each stage will last a maximum of 30 days. If the tokens allocated to a stage sell out early, the system will move automatically to the next stage, and when the time runs out, the remaining tokens will roll over to the next stage. Unsold tokens at the end of the final stage are planned to be burned. The minimum purchase amount is $10, while the total a single wallet can buy during the presale is capped at $10,000.
Purchased tokens will be released gradually. The initial claim rate varies between 25% and 37.5% depending on the stage of participation. The first claim will open once the exchange listing date is officially announced; the remaining amount will be released in 30-day periods, with full unlock taking between 150 and 300 days depending on the stage. The project targets an exchange listing in the first quarter of 2027 and states a target listing price of $0.00200.
One of the platform’s notable features is the Digital Parcel experience, where the amount of XSL purchased is visualized on a digital land divided into parcels. Users will be able to add a name or an approved logo to their parcels and view a personalized Digital Parcel Certificate. However, a digital parcel does not grant ownership or title deed rights over any real property.
In the long term, land and commercial real estate projects may be represented by project-specific NFT series, each defined separately. Users are expected to acquire these NFTs with XSL, and those who reach the required amount are expected to be able to apply for an official real ownership transfer process. According to the whitepaper, this is not an active title transfer service today; it is a model targeted for development and subject to legal conditions. Holding an NFT alone does not create title rights, and real ownership can only be acquired through valid legal procedures and an official title deed transfer.
XSOIL’s architecture consists of five layers: the real asset, verification, the legal layer, blockchain infrastructure and user experience. This separation aims to allow XSL and project-based rights to be developed without being confused with one another.
The roadmap includes modules such as XSOIL Platform, XSOIL Land, My XSOIL and XSOIL Market. For asset verification, a proposed review and disclosure framework called the XSOIL Asset Standard (XAS) is being developed. Up-to-date information about the project is shared on the official website, xsoil.world.
