Trump-Backed WLF Buys Another $1M in Ethereum

Trump-affiliated World Liberty Financial (WLF) continues its aggressive Ethereum buying strategy. The firm recently purchased 256.75 ETH for $1 million, paying around $3,895 per coin. With this latest move, WLF’s Ethereum treasury now totals 77,226 ETH, valued at approximately $296 million.
Throughout 2025, WLF has made multiple large ETH acquisitions, including 561 ETH for $2 million and 3,473 ETH for $13 million, indicating a long-term bullish stance.
SharpLink Gaming is also making waves, purchasing 77,210 ETH for $295 million, bringing its total ETH holdings to over 438,000—more than Ethereum’s net issuance last month.
Meanwhile, whale activity is surging. A new wallet just pulled 11,370 ETH worth $40 million from Coinbase, gaining $400K in just an hour. Since July 9, nine wallets have bought 628,646 ETH totaling $2.38 billion.
The growing interest from institutions signals Ethereum’s evolution into a core financial infrastructure, driven by ETF anticipation and long-term value bets.
